Our Commercial Roof Cleaning Chicago Process
In truth, our process does depend on the type of roof we are cleaning. However, some of the methods and tools we are using do not. We use a proprietary blend of specialty soaps that help brighten and kill mold and mildew, along with loosening the dirt, mold, mildew, and carbon-free from the roof surface.
We then use steam to clean the surfaces, yes that’s right we own many steam pressure washers that we use when cleaning these roofs. We have found that the heat allows us to use less pressure than other companies. Thus making this a damage free process.
